  • Damaged, Or
  • Significantly different from the description given by the Seller

Only and only then you can return such goods to the concern seller.

You are completely protected. Texoking offers a 30 day return guarantee for all such items. (30 days from the date of received goods)

“However, for some products, the sale is a final sale, and the Seller does not accept any return. Some healthcare products, customized products, Stock lots & Surplus products, make to order products etc. products cannot be returned or the sellers do not take these products back.”

We will also not be able to accept the return if product

  • Is used/worn or altered
  • Exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product
  • Is returned without original packaging, tags, labels and accessories
  • If any identification number, name or code has tampered

What Are Return Goods?

If any of the received goods of any brand or seller of Texoking is not as per the description or if you receive a product which is not as per the specifications ordered by you then you can return the goods to the concern seller.

  • Significantly different from the description given by the Seller

Only and only then you can return such goods to the concern seller, following the Standard Goods Return Process of Texoking & the Texoking Return Policy.


What is the Standard Goods Return Process of Texoking ?

a) Firstly you should inform Texoking through a request that you want to return the goods of invoice no. ………, Seller Name ……….within 15 days from the receipt of goods (after 15 days of delivery).

b) If the goods are damaged or having any problem like ( Wrong Size, Wrong Colors, Wrong Quantity, Oil Greece Stains, Print Mistake, Weaving Defect, Manufacturing Defect etc… ) then please attach a photo image of the same with the request.

c) In the return request you should provide real, genuine & viable reason for the Goods Return (G R)

d) Texoking then will contact you and conversate (either by Tele Calling or by Email) with you about the case and understand the facts

e) If it's required, your Return request is shared with the concerned seller.

f) After approval, we will ask you to dispatch the product and you can return the concerned goods fulfilling all the formalities through a preferred or available transport. The Transportation charges will be reimbursed by the seller.

g) After the product is received, it is verified against your claim. Refund is initiated after that.

It takes between at least 2 to 4 weeks from the time a request is raised to the time the product is delivered back to us. Exact time would depend on the nature of the product and your location and the transport service provider as well.

What is the return period of an item?

Items should be returned within 30 days of receiving the product.

How should I pack the product for the returns?

Make sure that the goods has not been used/worn or altered/tampered with, as well as it is accompanied by its original price tags, brand tags and packing slip. On the carton, do mention all the required Shipping (Transportation) Details.

Do I need to pay the transport company to send my product back?

If you are using a transport service to send your product back, you need to bear the transportation cost. However, Texoking or the concern seller will reimburse you the transportation charges.

My product has been dispatched, how do I know it has reached you?

After your parcel is dispatched from your place, you have to be in contact with Texoking as well as the transport co. to know the current status of your return parcel. If the transport company has their website then you can also track your parcel on their website.

When will I get the refund?

We initiate the refund within 3 to 4 working days of receiving the product and checked at our center or the concerned seller’s premises. For refunds, it takes up to 2 weeks for the amount to get credited to your account after we have initiated the refund. However, the refund may get delayed or declined if the product received by us is not as per your claim or you have not written Texoking Invoice/Bill number on the package.

You need to provide all your bank account details like Account name, account number, Bank name, Bank branch & location, IFS Code etc… that you used during the payment to Texoking.

So that we could refund your payment through any possible way like NEFT, RTGS, CASH, CHEQUE, DD, etc.
